RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Stellar customer service is our number one priority.
- Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Apparel- Our items are custom made to order and our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days of receipt to receive a replacement.
- Digital products- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return claim, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email stating the reason for the replacement to support@themecharacterproject.co. Be sure to include a picture of the defective item.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- All items must be unworn, in their original conditional, with tags attached.
